You might already have figured it out by reading our previous post, but the 3DIMERCE.com Toto was won by Spain… After humiliating Holland in the World Cup Final, we now also had to bring the first prize to a Spanish guy in Germany (of all places). So far for humiliation…
Nonetheless, we are of course more than happy to award the Vuzix 3D glasses to Clausen & Reitsma’s General Manager Alexis Vozmediano! He’s a great winner!
Alexis: “Thursday afternoon, 4pm. Two guys with black sunglasses approached me in my office pretending to have “something” for me. Having heard their dutch accent I’m more than scared. In the end, it was Spain that won this year’s World Championship. Besides that, it was me who won 3Dimerce’s Soccer Toto. And on top of that: I’m Spanish.
They forced me to wear the Vuzix Wrap 920 immediately. For ever.
They forced me to pretend that I’m happy with it. For even longer.
They took a picture as a proof. For eternity.
I deeply apologize my stubbornness in believing in my Spanish team, that always disappointed me (and another 40 Mio.) in the last 44 years.

In the Fifa world tournament Spain also won the FairPlay trophy, but we claimed a little bit back for Holland!
