3D digital product imaging
Looking for 3D digital product imaging?
Digital product imaging is the art of creating product visuals with the use of computers. This can be done by taking a picture from a product and editing and retouching it by using computer software, or without the use of a real camera and the real product. In case of the latter, a three-dimensional computer model is used that represents the real product. With 3D digital product imaging, pictures are shot from it with a virtual camera. No traditional photography is used in this variant and the 3D model is constructed with advanced digitizing techniques.

Why use digital product imaging?
At 3Dimerce all product visualizations are made without the use of real cameras. The real products are captured into a highly detailed computer model and next all possible visual content can be created from that single source. This type of digital product imaging has the advantage that the product needs to be digitized only once. After that the real product will be superfluous because stills and animations could be virtually shot from the computer model (our OneShot approach). This way of working will enhance the artistic freedom in the creative process as well because with 3D digital product imaging shots can be taken that would be impossible using traditional photography or film techniques.
